If you have already started a free trial, to purchase your website,
simply go directly to the Order link, located at the top of your navigation
bar, and login to purchase your site. Your second option is to login to
the Login page and purchase your site through the Your Site Center options.
If you choose to skip the Free Trial period and purchase a wedding website
immediately, click on the Order link and follow the instructions to securely
pay for and setup your site.

Do I have to live in the United States to purchase a wedding website? |

No. We have customers from countries all over the world who have purchased
their very own wedding website. Although, payment must be submitted in U.S.
dollars.  |

How will my guests find my wedding website? |
| Ans. |
Once you have received an email from Wedding Witness confirming your website
address, you should send out an email to your family and friends notifying
them of your website along with your website address. You should encourage
them to go to your website as often as they would like. Another suggestion
is that you print your website address on your “save the date”
cards or on your wedding invitations. Or you could simply print your website
address on a separate card and insert it with your invitations or any other
mailings you make. |

How will I know if someone has submitted an RSVP on my website? |

You will receive an automatic email notifying you that an RSVP has
been submitted. The email will include all the information that your guest
supplied in the RSVP. The guest who submits the RSVP will also receive
an automatic email confirming that their RSVP has been submitted. |

If I already have an online bridal registry will I be able to
have it on my website as well? |

Yes. You could include information from your registry along with the link
to the retailer’s website onto your wedding website.  |

When you sign up for a website, you will receive an email confirming
your website address.

Can I use my own domain name (www.yourname.com)? |

Yes, you can use your own domain name for the site.
There are two options. First, try contacting your domain manager and explain
to them you need to utilize your Advanced Domain Settings and give them
the sub-domain name and they should know what you are talking about.
Second, if you login into your domain manager account (ex. register.com,
registerfly.com, etc.), please follow these instructions.
- Login into your domain manager account
- Select the domain you want used
- Click on the Advanced DNS (mx, mxe, cname, address, zone file) management.
- Host Name: enter *
- Pref: put 10
- Choose the CNAME [Alias] from record type select box
- Address Column: yourusername.weddingwitness.com
- Click on Save Settings.
Remember, some domain managers might have a slight different variation,
but this is generally the required fields.
Once completed, please be patient, some domains take a while (sometimes
a couple of hours) before the domain name goes into effect.  |

How do I upload my own song? |

You have to login to your admin console and go to Change Music Option.
Here you can browse your own file to be uploaded. You can upload the file
of .wav, .mp3, .avi, .wma, or .mpg format. The maximum file size should

Will everyone on the Internet be able to see my website? |

That will be up to you. We provide a password feature that allows you
to determine who sees your site and who does not. You choose your own password
and then you give it to whoever you want to view your site. If you choose
not to use the password feature, then anyone can view your site. |

Some visitors to my wedding website have told me they do not hear
the music when the initially visit, what is the problem? |

Your music pops open in another window, so if the visitor to your site
has a Pop Up blocker activated it will prevent your music from being played.
Simply tell your friends and family that if they visit your site to simply
allow Pop Up’s for your site. Rest assured, the only pop up your site
shall have is the music. No advertisements.  |
